M/s Dooall Corpro India Pvt. Ltd is a registered SSI with ISO 9001:2008 certificate, manufacturing high performance protective Coating Systems.

Mr. Bharat H. Dadia (B.Chem UDCT, MS ChE USA), one of the founding directors, is a technocrat with an extensive experience in polymers and coatings. He studied and worked in the USA for almost a decade and applied his extensive research to various applications.

He has presented papers on water borne epoxy, nano-modified epoxy, etc on various Indian and International dais in conjunction with IIT Mumbai. This year’s award for best research was conferred on Mr Bharat Dadia by SSPC international symposium held at Ahemdabad in Jan. 2014 for his extensive work on Nano modification of epoxy.

We were selected by M/s Ion Exchange Water Leau Ltd. as a supplier of specialized anti corrosive coating amongst other prequalified companies. Our coatings were approved by BEC REL Engineering Pvt. Ltd. for a project of Reliance Petroleum Ltd. Jamnagar.

A NANO coating, air drying type, developed by us for the radiator industry is used as an OEM coating by M/s Cummins India. This coating provides corrosion resistance to difficult substrates like aluminium and copper at minimal DFT (less than 10 microns) without hampering the heat exchange process.

We were able to develop an Anti-stick paint for M/s Reliance Industries Ltd. This coating had adhesion with the substrate but did not allow anything to adhere over it and thus solved the problem of hot rubber sticking on their conveyor belts.

We were able to develop a super-special paint with very high emissivity for ISRO.

We have been awarded a very reputable project by the second largest cable manufacturing company in the world to develop a flame retardant coating for them.

Most of our clients in the chemical industry, who are combating aggressive corrosion, suffered from poor performance of previously used maintenance coatings. After approaching us, they have all shifted to Modpoxy series of primer and DL-PU series of top coats as their maintenance coating. Deploying this paint system has ensured economical, user-friendly and long term protection of chemical plants. This system achieves 300 micron DFT in 3 coats, thus saving considerably on labour charges and ensuring expeditious painting work completion.

More than 40000 Lt of our Modpoxy SP Primer and DL-PU top coat (Epoxy-Pu based paint system) has been deployed at the New Bangalore airport through a subcontractor of LNT. We are registered vendors for Paints at J N Port Trust, Nhava Sheva.
